Alyssa

It was my thinking that since Alyssa has her own blog that I really didn't need to post about her on mine unless she did something phenomenal. Has she done anything particularly noteworthy lately that I need to praise and adore her for? Not particularly; however, apparently, her ego cannot handle the fact that I have blogged about everyone but her. One day when discussing her ego, she told us she didn't have an ego, to which Cayla and I laughed our heads off. You see, Alyssa, according to her thinking is the queen of the castle. She always gets the best chair. She always gets the remote control. She thinks she should always get the extra garage (currently her and Brittni trade off on a weekly basis). In general, she just thinks the world should revolve around her. She will admit to all these things and yet still proclaim she doesn't have an ego. When she informed me that she felt neglected because I had not posted about her, I told her I would post about her nonexistent ego, to which she replied that I needed to do it that very day (Sunday). Well, as you can see, it has taken me a couple of days to get around to it, but somehow I doubt her ego will deflate due to neglect.

Here is a picture of her with Camie and Nicole's daughter Malorie.

I do openly admit to doing all of these things. However, I looked up the definition of ego, and it is "an appropriate pride in ones' self." See, the pride I have in my self is indeed APPROPRIATE, because I REALLY AM better than everyone else! See, it is a good thing to have an ego.

Maybe egocentric, egotistic, or megalomaniacal were the words you were thinking of? Just giving you a hard time, Alyssa. I bet I just lost my favorite cousin of the week status!

It is great to have such a positive attitude about yourself!
I am glad that you posted a picture with Camie.I was afraid I wouldn't recognize her. Dr Smith is sending us to the spa on Friday and thanks to Alyssa's link on her blog we chose to go to Camies in park city, we are so excited!

Jen, as long as you put her name in print for whatever reason, you'll be at the top of the list.

Jessica, Camie is excited you are coming as well. It is always fun to go to Park City, and she has a really cute place up there. I hope you all have a marvelous time.

Just don't let that ego get in the way of life!!

I also thought I might not recognize Camie, and it was great to see Nicole's daughter too. You need to post more pictures, seeing Camie brought me back to the days when we all used to play as kids.
